व्हेज मराठा - Veg Maratha | Maharashtrian Main Course Gravy | Kofta Bhaji Recipe | Spicy Gravy With Kofta Recipe | How To Make Veg Maratha<br /><br />आज अर्चना ताई आपल्यासाठी घेऊन आल्या आहेत खास खूप भारी झणझणीत रेसिपी 'व्हेज मराठा'<br /><br />Veg Maratha is main course Maharashtrian recipe. It is famous for its spicy and delicious taste. Veg Maratha is basically a combination of Veg spicy fritters / Kofta and hot & spicy gravy. This recipe is best to be served with Naan, Tandoori Roti, Chapati or any Indian Bread.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 1 Onion (chopped)<br />- 2 Tomatoes<br />- 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts<br />- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds<br />- 3 tbsp Dry Coconuts<br />- 1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder<br />- 1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala<br />- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />- Water<br />- 3 tbsp Oil<br />- 2 Carrot (grated)<br />- 1 cup Cabbage (chopped)<br />- Coriander Leaves (chopped)<br />- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala<br />- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour<br /><br />Method:<br />1. In a blender, take medium-sized finely chopped onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, dry coconut, coriander & cumin seeds powder, kitchen king masala, red chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste; grind these ingredients finely.<br />2. Add water in it and grind again. <br />3. Heat a wok and add oil to it. Once the oil is heated add the mixture prepared earlier and saute it.<br />4. Add salt as per taste and let it cook. Later add some water and cover the wok with a lid.<br />5. Take a big bow and add grated carrots, finely chopped cabbage, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, salt, kitchen king masala, coriander & cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder and all-purpose flour. Mix these ingredients well.<br />6. Prepare small balls or fritters of this mixture and deep fry them till they are golden brown in colour.<br />7. Once the gravy is ready, turn off the flame.<br />8. Take fritters in a serving bowl and pour the gravy on it. Now your Veg Maratha dish is ready to serve!
